About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Incognito Site Audits

Conduct anonymous, detailed evaluations of hotels, resorts, and travel experiences against strict quality standards.

Service & Operational Audits

Assess staff interactions, food and beverage operations, cleanliness, amenity quality, and guest journey touchpoints.

Rigorous Qualitative Reporting

Synthesize observations into objective, actionable, and highly detailed inspection reports within 24 hours of site visits.

High-Frequency Travel

Seamlessly navigate multi-region travel itineraries to evaluate diverse travel properties and destination partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of elite service experience

    Luxury hospitality management, tourism quality assurance, or high-end service auditing.

  • Uncompromising attention to detail

    A passion for operational excellence and exacting guest service standards.

  • Exceptional written English

    Produce clear, structured, and objective evaluation reports that stand up to scrutiny.

  • Extensive travel readiness

    Willingness to travel 60%–80% across regional or international destinations.
